At MILA Group, we are able to call on our teams extensive experience of commercial and storage solutions to provide a turnkey dismantling and strip out service including traditional demolition, soft strip, dismantling, groundworks, curtain walling and structural/non structural alterations where needed.

Our Operations Director Paul has 22 years experience in the modular storage, mezzanine, refurb and commercial build industry. His primary function is to oversee the delivery of all schemes and the development of staff and systems.
Commercial Director - Danny Lloyd
With 25 years of experience in Demolition, Structures & Civils, Danny acts as both commercial and estimating lead for MILA. His vast knowledge and experience allows him to support our clients and the business with all aspects of cost, value and budgeting.

Jay has spent her entire career as a fundamental part of one of our group businesses, Lewis Installations. She's has vast knowledge of the modular storage and mezzanine industry and uses this experience to underpin all aspects of MILA group functions including, procurement, compliance, accounts & training.

Our technical director Terry has 25 years experience in contracting across several sectors of the construction industry. His experience within high compliance sectors such as M&E, Demolition, Rail & Commercial allow MILA group to "think outside the box" for our clients.

Any part of a demolition or structural alteration can be designed to be dismantled for future re-use or repurposing. our team of engineers and varied supply chain can offer a wide range of solutions.
Strip Out
Our team are able to undertake all forms of strip out not just enabling works. MILA can offer waste disposal and BWIC services.
